The license terms will depend on the type of resource.
Resources such as textures, backgrounds, brush strokes, silhouettes, objects, frames, borders, etc fall under "Design Resources." Cut files and sublimation designs fall under "Completed Designs." I also have a separate license for fonts. If there is any question which license a particular resource falls under, please feel free to contact me for clarification. Below you will find a simple description of each license. Links to the full license terms can be found at the bottom of this page.
Simple Terms for Completed Designs
In a nutshell, you can use completed designs "as-is" to create as many physical products you want for commercial or personal use as long as you are making them by yourself (a single user) with your own equipment. Please see full license linked at the bottom of this pate for the complete license terms.
Simple terms for Design Resources
You can use design resources to create both physical and digital products in accordance with the license terms. You can create unlimited physical projects as long as you are making them by yourself (a single user) with your own equipment. Digital end products must differ significantly from the original resource. The original resource must be used in such a way that it cannot be extracted from the digital end product. The digital end product must not be used or sold in such a way that it is competitive with the original resource. Please see full license linked at the bottom of this pate for the complete license terms.
Simple Terms for Fonts
License is for a single user and may be installed on up to 10 devices. You may use the font in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects and to create physical or digital products. You may not use fonts to create physical alphabets, digital alphabets, stencils, stamps, embroidery files, die-cuts, etc. However, you can use them to create cut files of words or quotes for instance, as long as the fonts are converted to curves. Please see full license linked at the bottom of this pate for the complete license terms.
Restrictions for All License Types
In any case, you may not resell, redistribute, provide access to, transfer, or share any resources in their original form or even in a slightly modified form. This means that you may not share the files with a friend. Even if the item was a freebie, you may not share it with anyone else. You can simply direct them back to my website so they can obtain the freebie directly from the original source.
POD or Corporate Use
At this time I do not offer a Print on Demand (POD) license or a Corporate or multi-user license through my website. However, there are additional license options available if you purchase through Design Bundles / Font Bundles. You may choose to purchase a Corporate License or a POD add-on for most of the items I have listed there.
